Dear Polo friends,
You will also discover as a special feature, the 2007 Shandur Polo Festival, an incredible traditional Polo tournament held at 4000 meters altitude between rival towns of Gilgitt and Chitral in the Northern Territories of Pakistan. I hope you will find The Polo Passport as usefull as before and take advantage of the Polo Club Directory for planning your future travels for Polo. However, you will also find the directory of National Associations as ell as the FIP International Polo Rules and the illustrated Guide to Polo by Sam Savitt for a comprehensive introduction to Polo. The International Polo Guide 2008 DVD to be distributed with the "IPG Limited Edition", will feature the 4 TV programs IPG has produced on the FIP Polo World Championship VIII to be aired also accross the world on major TV networks such as ESPN and Eurosport.
I would like to particularly thank the National Associations and their staff who help us gather the updated list of Polo Clubs as well as all contributing rofessional Polo photographers and writers who made this edition possible. The year 2008 is a very exiting one for Polo with the FIP Polo World Championship VIII taking place in Mexico.
